Trusted by various legends in different genres, Jake Troth has made a unique mark in music by helping artists like Big Boi, Kehlani, Kevin Gates, Trozé, Sofia Valdes, Aaron Frazer, the Backstreet Boys, Rick Ross, and more to write songs that reach outside of their normal audiences and into new territory. In 2019 Jake released the post-party comedown LP "IT IS AS IF" on Atlantic Records, his major label debut produced by Nashville legend Dave Cobb. After taking some time off to focus on his family after the pandemic, Troth is ready to release new music independently again, collaborating with friends like Phil Ek (The Shins, Father John Misty), Robert Wooten III (David Byrne, Carly Rae Jepson), and Nick Bockrath (Cage The Elephant, Beck, Katie Schecter).
