Signed to Studio54 Music, “I Got U” has amassed just shy of 2M streams with its feel-good fusion of disco and classic soul. Next up - the lush sophisticated disco cut “Beautiful High” was a hit with DJs/clubs and streaming audiences alike. The anthem “Party Life” with DJ/producer Birdie - was signed to legendary NY label Nervous Records & hit the Top 10 on various club/dance charts.
Javi’s musical influences include Prince, Michael Jackson, Teyona Taylor, George Michael, Jorja Smith, Jazmine Sullivan and Maxwell.
Javi shares - “Feel Like” is about the exuberance you feel when you find and make an intense connection with somebody, both emotionally and physically. Javi is currently the Coach and Choreographer of the Phoenix Mercury Hip Hop Squad and the Phoenix Suns [basketball] dancers. Javi also serves as Co-Artistic Director of EPIK Dance Company, a Phoenix based non-profit dance company.
