Hi, my name is Jean Lucas. Born in Paris, now living in Amsterdam, and writing piano songs for a while now. In 2026 I’ll be releasing a lot of new songs that I’ve been writing over the last few years. I’ve found myself getting more interested in finding inspiration in everyday moments. A walk outside, snow falling gently, (music from) movies that moved me, colorful displays, or even my neighbors sharing a romantic dinner. All these little scenes inspired me. I tried to translate all these little scenes into new piano compositions, thinking about how each of us is living in our own movie.
