Jinder

Jinder is a UK based singer/songwriter, best known for &#39;<a href="spotify:track:4NertezYPhB7VF0tEoSEOm" data-name="Keep Me in Your Heart">Keep Me in Your Heart</a>&#39;, a song which has become something of a contemporary standard, reaching No.1 in eight countries after being featured in hit 2019 movie &#39;Fisherman&#39;s Friends&#39; when re-recorded by Jinder in collaboration with producer <a href="spotify:artist:7zh5iEK5P9rGz3Y0hVkh1r" data-name="The Atlas">The Atlas</a>. This song, amongst many other Jinder compositions, has been covered by a number of other acts.

From the spectral folk noir of debut solo album ‘Willow Park’ in 2005 to the muscular, streamlined alternative pop of new LP ‘Codetta’, Jinder has walked a diverse and challenging career path, changing and evolving with each release. Commercial peaks such as 2012’s evergreen, pastoral ‘Crumbs of Comfort’ LP have often been followed by uncompromising artistic statements such as 2014’s ‘Traditional Dark’, a tar-black Cohenesque treatise on death, religion and apocalyptic Native American prophecies.
