Jkells, popularly known as the “Vibez Sensei,” is a dynamic Afro-Pop and R&B artist pushing African music culture in the most unique way possible. With the versatility to glide through Afro-swing, Reggae, Dancehall, Hip-Hop, and Afro-soul, Jkells crafts music that connects deeply while making you move.

Born and raised in Warri, Nigeria, his love for music began in the church choir and school talent shows. At just 9 years old, he performed his first live show, setting the stage for a life full of sound. He released his debut single “Control” in 2015, marking the start of a journey that’s captured hearts across borders.

In December 2022, he released his first body of work, the “Sensei EP,” a 6-track project that fused melodious African rhythms with feel-good lyrics and soul-soaked vibes.

His latest release, “Red Flags & Roses” (March 16, 2025), explores the emotional conflict of loving someone who brings both chaos and comfort. It's raw, honest, and rhythmically irresistible — a perfect example of Jkells' ability to blend deep emotions with addictive melodies.
