Emmanuel Chukwuemeka Udemba popularly known as ‘Jody’ is a Nigerian singer/songwriter who was born on the 7th of August in Lagos, Nigeria where he was also raised. The singer however hails from Enugu state, an Eastern province of Nigeria .
With an amazing voice. He created his unique style of music from a fusion of Afro-pop, hip hop, dance hall, R&B and alternative sound.
Jody’s music walk started with him being a chorister but later officially kicked off at the age of 14 when he recorded his first single titled ‘ beautiful ’. This finesse of virtuosity was greatly influenced by his upbringing, as he was raised in a family keen with a high taste of exquisite music.
He has since then mastered the condiments of good music with his wizardry in the use of his hypnotic vocals and lyrical forte, which are evident in his style of delivery.
