John Aleks, is an indie pop artist from a little border town called Eagle Pass, TX. He has been playing, producing, and recording music since a very young age. His father owned a recording studio, so as John grew up he was always exposed to the beauty of making music. Most of his career has been behind closed doors or backstage, as he produced, played with, or even mixed sound for many artists. However, he always had the itch to start his own project. So in 2020, without telling anybody, he started writing and creating songs that were unfiltered, raw, and personal. His song "Boys & Girls" is his second release and is a story of two lovers trying to start their life together while at the same time fighting the insecurities and expectations that society and they, put upon themselves.
