The Canadian singer-songwriter has a unique artistic vision, which gives him the freedom to traverse different musical genres, giving life to works that are at once magnetic and timeless. With a strong pedigree on stage and in songwriting as a member of The Seasons and Forest Boys, Julyan has also brought his unique signature to the works of respected artists such as Pierre Lapointe and Patrice Michaud. His talent as an arranger for Hubert Lenoir’s albums earned him a nomination in 2018 at the ADISQ Gala and a Félix in 2022, in the “Arranger of the Year” category.
In May 2020, the artist presented his first solo project, an eponymous EP co-produced with Jesse Mac Cormack, which was nominated for a GAMIQ 2020 award in the “Pop EP of the Year” category. Subsequently, between 2020 and 2022, he released a series of tracks such as Roll The Dice and Run Around, further establishing his presence in the music scene. He marked his return in the fall of 2023 with new singles, a true kick-off for his first long-play, Future Lovers, created with the help of producer Philippe Brault.
