Kabul Dreams is the first rock band from Afghanistan, established in 2008 in Kabul. The band consists of lead singer and guitarist Sulyman Qardash, drummer Raby Adib and bassist Siddique Ahmed. As a pioneers of Afghan rock, Kabul Dreams has paved the way for a modest but growing rock scene in the country, which is rebuilding itself after decades of war. Their musical influences include SexPistols, Metallica, Nirvana and Oasis.
