Canadian singer/songwriter Kate Rogers honed her skills at Toronto's Royal Conservatory of Music before cutting her first single for Manchester, England's Grand Central Records, an independent label owned by cousin Mark Rae (Rae & Christian. She went on to guest on numerous other Grand Central recordings, including Aim's 1999 release Cold Water Music. A compilation of those appearances called Kate Rogers vs. Grand Central appeared in October 2003. Rogers released her debut album of original material, St. Eustacia in 2004, followed by the all-covers record Seconds in 2005 and Beauregard in 2009. ~ James Christopher Monger, Rovi
