Born Thelma Chioma Ohazurike on April 3rd, Kenah is rapidly emerging as a powerful voice in the contemporary Rap/Afropop scene. A talented songwriter and dynamic performer, Kenah’s Nigerian roots & diverse influences shape her unique sound.

Music has always been a part of Kenah’s story. Growing up in a musically inclined household, her passion was ignited when she discovered pop icon Justin Bieber. Captivated by his melodies, Kenah began exploring her own musical expression, eventually finding her voice in the church choir, where her talent first took flight.

During her time at Anglican Girls Grammar School in Enugu, Kenah’s love for music became her signature. She led school hymns and was known among her peers for her vibrant musical energy. A dare to combine singing and rapping led to the birth of "Kenah,".

Kenah’s dedication to her craft continued as she pursued a degree in Theatre Arts at the University of Abuja. In August 2020, she took a significant step in her career by signing her first record deal with JustJoJo Entertainment UK, where she released two EPs and several singles, setting the stage for her rise in the music industry.

Her journey reached new heights in August 2024 when she inked a deal with Romaco Music (Romaco Trading Company). Now poised to release her debut EP under the new label, Kenah released her single ‘Wombolo,’ featuring the renowned Iyanya.
