Myx Quest is a London and Accra based multi award winning Producer, Composer, Writer and Musician delivering records influenced by various genres and eras including Afrobeats, RnB, Classical & Gospel though regardless of the genre his sound has a consistent “Myx Quest signature” noticeable throughout. He has worked with a vast range of artists across genres including Solange , Sauti Sol , Camidoh , Kelvyn Boy, Sarkodie , Dice Ailes , Efya , Lady Donli , AratheJay , Wiley and Ayanna Witter-Johnson just to name a few and has had consistent radio support from BBC Radio 1 (BBC Introducing), 1Xtra (including Hotshot of the Week on the Official Afrobeats Chart Show) and Capital Xtra. He also composes instrumental pieces with his main instrument being keyboard / piano accompanied by strings, voice etc. His music Producer inflences include Quincy Jones, Pharrell Williams and Timbaland, and Composers Robert Glasper , Frédéric Chopin , Hans Zimmer and Karl Jenkins as well as sounds from Ghanaian Hi-Life and Nigerian Fuji music. Myx has also done a notable amount of work within the world of Dance and Electro music including co-producing the US Billboard AirPlay No.1 hit Love Has Gone - Radio Edit by Dave Armstrong , RedRoche & Haidara fka H-Boogie.
