Hello dear listener! We're Kliffs: two Canadians now based in Berlin. I'm Mark (Bérubé) and I play guitar, keys, and sing, she's Kristina (Koropecki), and she plays cello, synths, and sings too. We met 14 years ago in a dingy rehearsal space in Montreal and have been playing together ever since. For years we toured under my name, but then in 2018, we officially made what we do a duo, as KLIFFS!
Kristina has coined it nicely: we write recycled tone poems for the perpetually bemused, and pop songs for shy dancers. We try to channel the quiet of early morning sun rays tickling cloud banks and mix it up with songs better suited to late-night inner city bicycle rides. We make music born in Montreal, but raised in Berlin.

With 2 EPs and a full-length album (Temporary Cures) already under our Kliffs's belt, we are very excited to release our 2nd LP "after the flattery" on February 10th, 2023, with Backseat PR and Label in Hamburg, Germany. We'll be on tour around Europe and hopefully back in Canada later this year, or 2024.
