With over 10 years' experience as a DJ, Korie Minors has extensive knowledge of different musical genres, such as House, Afro, Latin, Soul & Funk, Hip Hop and Caribbean. On his return to Bermuda in 2014, Korie quickly gained the interests of top venues and event planners on the island, leading to his titles of official VIP lounge DJ for the 2017 Americas Cup and Bermuda's Best DJ in 2019. Now based in Bermuda, he is well known within popular hotels and bars, and for curating his own events around Afro, House and Latin music.
Korie’s melodic talents developed from his family’s love and talent for musical instruments, leading to his studies of the classical violin and acoustic guitar. Also an avid traveler, his love of music and entertainment have given him the opportunity to DJ in over 10 countries, including Cameroon, Hong Kong, Panama, the UK and the USA.
