Who is Krissie? What might seem like a simple question becomes an intricate and complex review within 5 minutes of chilling with the Dutch artist. His music is multi-lingual, not only English and Dutch but Krissie also let’s his ancestors speak through him talking in Igbo, the tribe language of his Nigerian family members. “Being fully in charge over my creative process really shaped my sound, I just do and say whatever feels good to me, I don’t think my music belongs to a certain genre, it’s just…music.” Krissie does everything himself, from producing to mixing & mastering. Influenced by many different styles and legends of the past present and even the future, as he says so himself.
