Finnish pop singer Kristiina Brask was a finalist in the 2007 season of the television show Idols before signing a recording contract with Helsinki Music Company and releasing her debut album, Silmät Sydämeeni (2007), a Top Ten hit. Born on June 2, 1990, in Sorsakoski, Leppävirta, Finland, Brask finished third on Idols, placing behind <a href="spotify:artist:7MkCEt5JSHsRTj93L0X389">Ari Koivunen</a> and Anna Abreu. After being eliminated from the show, Brask was offered a recording contract with Helsinki Music Company and proceeded to release Silmät Sydämeeni.
