Lazy Legs is a Portland, OR-based slowcore/shoegaze/grunge band. The band was originally formed in Chicago by bassist/vocalist L.W. and guitarist/vocalist Michael Tenzer (<a href="spotify:artist:0WEiEhoTPYclcQE9qYhJaS" data-name="Savage Sister">Savage Sister</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:6miysmLDonap8wkqGnJbfm" data-name="Eyes Behind the Veil">Eyes Behind the Veil</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:54PE9cu1ZX05bydacrL72O" data-name="Soft Lashes">Soft Lashes</a>) in 2014. They released their debut self-titled EP and their debut album, VISIONDEATH, in 2016, garnering praise in both the Chicago music scene and shoegaze internet community at the time. The pair followed up with two EPs, <a href="spotify:album:4ny1moI2AFDwY1TT7otDhe" data-name="Chain of Pink">Chain of Pink</a> in 2017 and <a href="spotify:album:08ONlbUeDoa7EwLZ1XS9my" data-name="Tremor EP">Tremor EP</a> in 2018, amidst a move from Chicago to Portland.
In late 2019, the band released their sophomore album, <a href="spotify:album:1M1ilWJ2QArShjrZP3391I" data-name="Moth Mother">Moth Mother</a>, marking a shift in the band's sound, which introduced elements of slowcore and doomgaze.
