Rapper, Vocalist and skilled musician, Leo Amari, is finally ready to broadcast his talent to the world as a solo artist. Leo was influenced by artists like Lil’ Wayne, Eminem, 50 cent, Jay Z, etc.. Their musical style, diversity, and beat choices encouraged him to have a passion to become a producer during his high school years. Shortly after he graduated college he joined a well known group based out of the DMV. As a former member of a sensational male group, Leo Amari has had a two year whirlwind of excitement and opportunity from performing at the BET Experience to Radio One “Blitz” showcase.


Fast forward to 2020, Leo Amari has now partnered up with Twenty-Two Recordings/Universal Music Group under a distribution deal. Leo’s 2020 debut will start out with his sensational project called Mud On The Moon. The title Mud On The Moon comes from the idea of you shooting for your dreams and showing the critics that you are here to stay. “It's going to be a tough and bumpy road to reach success but you have to stay consistent and believe in yourself wholeheartedly.” Linking up with power house producer Finnick, he and Leo Amari were able to bring you a well rounded project ready to be released to the world. Cross mixing genres with a blend of RnB and Hip-Hop, Leo Amari brings to you a very diverse project that will keep you intrigued from tracks 1 through 8. With his strong intro “Welcome” he dedicates and pays homage to his favorite artists Lil Wayne with his opening words.
