Leon Alex is a Fingerstyle guitarist from Germany. After receiving lessons in classical and electric guitar he started teaching himself Fingerstyle at the age of 14 by watching his idol <a href="spotify:artist:3OpWOvjJnk86geCHrAxkHA" data-name="Sungha Jung">Sungha Jung</a> on YouTube. Around this time he also started uploading covers on YouTube himself. After 5 years, he finally had his break-through with his arrangement of <a href="spotify:track:7i1viQ8BSldvTAMDz5AVdk" data-name="Faded">Faded</a> which went viral and accumulated 20 million views and counting on YouTube.
Today, with over 200,000 subscribers he is one of Germany's most successful Fingerstyle guitarists on Youtube.
He also launched a second channel NOEL -Anime on Guitar, which focuses solely on anime covers.
