This eight-strong multi-cultural collective from England, Italy, France, Congo, Argentina, and New Zealand, combine traditional afrobeat and hi life with funk, jazz, Latin, and dub to deliver party music born of their truly global DNA. A regular on the touring circuit and celebrated for their raucous energy, heavy dance grooves and conscious lyrics, the band has rocked major stages from the Glastonbury Festival to the Shrine in Lagos, Nigeria, via Imagina Funk (Spain), Fusion Festival (Germany), Cully Jazz (Switzerland), Tempo Latino (France), Earth Garden (Malta) and many more.

On the 14th February 2024, they released their latest album ‘Esengo’ via Canopy Records.

With acclaimed Congolese singer <a href="spotify:artist:5a7zFB39QFXzf8amit9zJh" data-name="Juanita Euka">Juanita Euka</a> on vocals once more, ‘Esengo’ channels the spirit of Fela Kuti but with a willingness to create original music that crosses genres.

Lead single and album opener <a href="spotify:track:11epQbjjqzvWkialq9c3P4" data-name="Topesa Esengo Na Motema">Topesa Esengo Na Motema</a> (Nov 3) features an uplifting, party shaking remix by acclaimed producer <a href="spotify:artist:2tpbLTmBZZcGvcCHX6uw1U" data-name="Bosq">Bosq</a>. The second single ‘Freedom’ (Jan 19) is a swinging Afro funk groove with 2 amazing remixes by <a href="spotify:artist:5Qq1R0T5ZL6U0H8zerwFdo" data-name="Patchworks">Patchworks</a> and <a href="spotify:artist:6MQoRoLtsUg7Fzi5nJGmC1" data-name="Voilaaa">Voilaaa</a>
