Luca Falomi is a guitarist, composer, and arranger. Alongside his academic studies in classical guitar, he soon discovered the many variations of his instrument, developing a particular interest in sound and musical languages that led him to experiment with acoustic, electric, and ethnic string instruments.
Luca developed a strong focus on composition and arrangement, which became fundamental elements of his artistic path. He cultivated a deep interest in improvised music, developing a very personal style with jazz roots, characterized by ethnic and classical influences.
His collaborations span various musical genres, from world music to jazz, avant-garde to contemporary music, with forays into theater and cinema.
His solo career began in 2011 with the album Viens Voir (Orange Home Records), followed by Sober (Old Mill Records) in 2014.
Falomi created the projects “Esperanto” and “Motus Laevus” , releasing four albums. In 2021 he released the album Naviganti e Sognatori under the Abeat Records label, which was named album of the month by the prestigious magazine Musica Jazz. In 2024, the second installment, Mare Aperto, was released, featuring Maria Pia De Vito, who wrote the lyrics for the single Infancia.
As a guitarist, arranger, and composer, he has participated in numerous recording projects, tours, and theatrical projects, collaborating with top artists of italian and international scene.
