THE BEAUTY OF THE EARTH, was rated number one selling New Age album of 2003 for Goldenrod Music Distributors. THE MOON OF WINTERTIME is a collection of songs from the 13th C to the present. Her 2004 release, FOREIGNLANDER, is Appalachian music newly arranged in Lydia's unique music style. It conveys Lydia's deep connection with the natural world. Born in Seattle but raised in the Deep South and Appalachian Mountains where Lydia found Traditional music, of which she studied and documented at Berea College.
