MaiaDaPlug originally from the Eastside of Chicago, IL moved to Atlanta, Ga in middle school where she met many of her closest friends whom are graciously musically inclined as well. Plug has always been active in the music scene, hanging with peers about five years older, she was able to learn a lot about the music industry and start her publishing company Sage Notoriety for independent artist and producers in 2017 before releasing her first freestyle Louis Gang (Gucci Gang Freestyle). Taking a few years off from music to build her Cannabis brand PLUGGD’N THE BRAND in 2018 but to find self and help many with their music journey; Plug returns to music with Doubled Back (On God), an original impenetrable beat produced by a SoundCloud legend RXLVND. Followed by a raunchy freestyle to EST GEE Special, Plug’s Special. Although, in comparison to many iconic artists such Rico Nasty, Rubi Rose and Lil Kim; Plug has an unique presence about herself, giving off boss girl vibes, sex appeal and pure entertainment all in one, there’s never a dull moment. After curating three indie shows and doing PR for a few big names, Plug is ready to flourish in her biggest dream since birth, no longer watching and assisting others do it.
