Whiskey-soaked Irish speedfolk paired with classic rock music: The Celtic punks Malasaners release "Footprints", an album that, on the one hand, is in the tradition of kelly-green working-class pub music, but on the other hand incorporates genre-and cross-scene rock music. Despite all its danceability, the album's Rebel soul lyrics not only provide a serious background on proletarian ideals and a peaceful, international togetherness, but also a refreshing, new genre mix.

After countless appearances alongside bands like The Rumjacks, The Real McKenzies, The Mahones and concerts in Germany, the Czech Republic, Austria, Spain, Portugal, Hungary and Switzerland in front of over 11,000 people, including at the Sziget Festival in Budapest, The Celtic Punks now take the next step forward and release their new album "Footprints" on Paddy's Day 2018. With a positive working-class attitude, the German-Spanish quartet addresses the world from the point of view of the little man, packed in pub-suited, musically diverse ones Irish Rock.
