Maria Solheim had her break through as a young, Northern Norwegian Folk Pop artist at the age of 19. Since then she has traveled the world with her heartfelt songs.
Maria has been nominated several times for the Norwegian Grammy Awards (Spellemannsprisen), she has released 7 solo albums, 2 children's records (one of which received the Spellemann Award in 2020), she has sung at Her Royal Highness Princess Ingrid Alexandras Christening (2004) and Confirmation (2019) , been on countless European tours between (2002-2023) and has performed concerts in both the USA and Asia.
Here in Norway, we regularly hear Maria's voice on the radio,
-most recently with the radio song "Nordlyset", which was listed in the double-digit number of weeks on National Radio (NRK P1)
