I’d like to thank all my listeners and say that I don’t use ai in my music. All the instruments you hear are performed in real time by either me or an occasional guest musician. My hope is that my music will lift you up when you’re feeling down, give you something to hold onto when you’re feeling lost, and accompany you on your journey through thick and thin. The music I make is intended to be listened to at any age, and without being subject to trends, simply a landscape of sound and song, taking inspiration from all that is most essential to our shared humanity. Martin Zarzar is a world music artist mostly known for his beloved and unique versions of Latin American classics. However, his influences are far ranging and include various afro-latin genres, bolero, rock, jazz, flamenco, reggae, classical music, North African music, Middle Eastern music, and more. From a multicultural family and upbringing, Martin speaks and sings in several languages. A graduate of Berklee College of Music where he attended on a scholarship, and former Member of the Band Pink Martini, he plays several instruments and composes instrumental music as well which has been featured in films and documentaries as well as dance productions in places like The National Portrait Gallery in Washington D.C.
Martin is the recipient of 7 Independent Music Awards and many more nominations.
