Lars Eric Mattsson's five releases as just MATTSSON showcase his more progressive side, the fourth album "Dream Child" also his symphonic metal side. ANOTHER DIMENSION (2000) features singer Bjorn Lodin who also worked with Lars on a few of his solo albums as well as the blues based ASTRAL GROOVE project. Also on the album appeared guests such as Rob Johnson, Patrick Rondat, Erik Norlander, Par LindhPOWER GAMES (2003) features singer Lance King, who also appears on one track on the concept album WAR (2006) together with singers Mark Boals, Bjorn Jansson, Andre Vuurboom, Irene Janssen, Ella Grussner. Vitalij Kuprij was featured on keyboard solos. DREAM CHILD (2008) featured the singer Adrienn Antal and also a completely new sound and is still one of Lars' most popular releases to date. TANGO (2010) was more progressive than the previous album and featured both Adrienn Antal and Markku Kuikka on vocals.
