Max Aruj is a Los Angeles-based composer known for his work in film, television, and video games. He is the composer for Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning, set for release on May 23, 2025. A graduate of the USC Thornton School of Music, he began his career working under Hans Zimmer, Lorne Balfe, and Rupert Gregson-Williams, contributing to Top Gun: Maverick, Mission: Impossible - Fallout, Black Widow, and The Crown.
Among his varied projects, Aruj has written music for Crawl, Lansky, The Ice Road, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla: Wrath of the Druids, MoviePass, MovieCrash, and Mech Cadets.
