Mid-Day Moon, an Indie-Alternative sensation hailing from Miami's vibrant music scene, is led by the talented trio of high school friends Andrew Gil, Di'Angelo Gonzalez, and Gabriel Sariego. Inspired by the likes of Hippo Campus, Wallows, Last Dinosaurs and many more, their music weaves together mesmerizing melodies that seamlessly blend introspection and euphoria. Since their debut EP "Third Floor" in 2018, Mid-Day Moon has embarked on a dynamic musical journey, constantly evolving their sound and pushing the boundaries of their artistry. They reached a significant milestone with the release of their acclaimed EP "Smiling Over Orange City" in 2019, with their most notable single "Hey Wait" solidifying their unique musical identity and captivating listeners across genres.
Now, with the debut of the new lineup's brand new EP, 'Future Happiness' Mid-Day Moon gets to showcase their growth and maturity, breaking their creative and emotional boundaries. In their most vulnerable and raw project yet, Future Happiness is a concept EP that highlights the struggle in finding a glimpse of light when feeling suffocated under nothing but darkness. We all face hardship, pain, and hopelessness. Future Happiness is about the journey through all of that, hopefully inspiring many, in that all it takes is one small moment to realize that everything must run its course, and that there is no happiness without sadness.
