東京生まれ。３歳よりピアノを習い始め、８歳より作曲を始める。1983年、アルバム『チュチュ』を発表。1984年、ヨーロッパツアーを敢行。「パラレリズム」「ボーイソプラノ」などがオランダでリリースされる。
オリジナル作品の他、CM、映画、演劇、舞台のための音楽、様々なミュージシャン、武満徹、細野晴臣の編曲も手掛ける。2013年、「クルーナー」に焦点を当てたカバーアルバム「マダム・クルーナー」を発表。
２０２１年、テクノポップ、スウィングジャズ、シャンソンなど、幅広いレパートリーで綴るアルバム「秘密の旅」を発表。
Born in Tokyo, Japan, Miharu Koshi began piano at the age of three and began composing music at the age of eight. In 1983, she released the album "Tutu". In the following year, She toured Europe and released "Parallellism" and "Boy Soprano" in the Netherlands.
In addition to her original works, she has composed music for commercials, films, plays, and stage productions, and has arranged music for various musicians, including Toru Takemitsu and Haruomi Hosono.
In 2013, she released a cover album "Madame Crooner" focusing on “Crooner", and in 2021, she released an album “Voyage Secret" with a wide repertoire including techno-pop, swing jazz, and chanson.
