Taeko Onuki

Born in Tokyo, Japan.
Formed Sugar Babe with Tatsuro Yamashita and others in 1973, and released Japan's first urban pop masterpiece "Songs" in 1975, but broke up in 1976.
In the same year, she made her solo debut with "Gray Skies ".
She is one of the pioneers of female singers and songwriters in Japanese pop music.
