Cellist, Nicholas Gold is based in Nashville, Tennessee. While living in Music City USA, he’s had the opportunity to collaborate, perform and record with an exciting and diverse roster of artists. Nicholas has been an active studio musician for the past decade. In addition to working with a versatile array of artists, he’s had opportunity to record cello on numerous soundtracks for major motion pictures, television shows and video games.
Born in Hunstville, AL, Nicholas grew up with a love of music. His parents decided to enroll him in piano lessons after he would hear tunes on the television and play them back on the piano. After starting piano at the age of 4, Nicholas’ passion and focus drew towards the cello when he participated in a strings program in his elementary school. At the age of 32, Nicholas is releasing his first solo classical crossover album, “Cello & Chill: Love Songs.”
