Nicola Sirkis (born Nicola Sirchis in 1959, in Antony, France) was part of an immensely famous French pop band, Indochine, as singer and lyricist since he founded the band in the 80s with his twin brother Stéphane Sirkis (tragically deceased in 1999). He was the author of one solo album (1992's Dans la Lune) and one novel (1998's Les Mauvaises Nouvelles). Though keeping a low profile about it, Sirkis was also well known for his personal involvement in many humanitarian and political causes, adding good juju to his already simple and well-loved persona. ~ Olivier Duboc, Rovi
