Oljekoll. A hard rock/ metalband out of Stockholm with varying influences including giants like Metallica, Tool, Avenged Sevenfold and Bullet for My Valentine aims to blend the raw classic heavy metalsound with modern elements unbound by any rules of the art of music.
The band was formed back in 2022 by Erik Romin (guitar), Oliver Håkansson (vocals), Erik Arnald (drums) and Linus Sjöstrand (guitar) playing local open mics on the campus of KTH where the band members first met. Shortly after forming, the band was made whole by Gabriel Johansson (bass) and have been making their presence known in the Stockholm scene playing gigs at places like Engelen, The Node, Hus 7 and participating in the 2025 Emergenza music festival where they made it all the way to the semi-finals.
With their first single Soulless releasing at the start of 2026, the band sets its eyes on making their mark with future projects and live concerts.
