After the demise of D.C.'s much-loved, lovingly ferocious <a href="spotify:artist:1FIzwiROYEiAdCClC6Kvly">Rites of Spring</a>, the band briefly re-formed, with slight lineup changes, to become the equally short-lived One Last Wish. One Last Wish is known for relentlessly cathartic and inspiring live performances, reflected years later in the posthumous release of their only full-length album, 1986. Members Guy Picciotto and Brendan Canty would later take part in another <a href="spotify:artist:1FIzwiROYEiAdCClC6Kvly">Rites of Spring</a> reformation, <a href="spotify:artist:0LA4flgtngpUqZlGA2ioLr">Happy Go Licky</a>, before both becoming parts of <a href="spotify:artist:62sC6lUEWRjbFqXpMmOk4G">Fugazi</a>. ~ Blake Butler, Rovi
