Paperwing

Paperwing is the alias of genre-bending composer and producer Jenny Soovik, a distinctive Swedish artist whose music has been described with the words stunning, intelligent and unique.

After years of studying music at one of Sweden’s most prestigious conservatories, Jenny set out as a solo artist. Four self-produced releases later, accomplishments include a collaboration with Swedish artist Loney Dear, praise from critics such as CLASH Magazine, being headhunted by a label and being part of the roster at sync rep-company Sweets & Pop (They Might Be Giants, Sugar Ray and more).

Paperwing writes songs about stuff that have touched her heart. Her wide-spread influences stretch from cinematic classical to futuristic pop and dreamy ambience. From the biggest feelings to the smallest moments, all draped in a suit of goosebump inducing avant-garde pop.
