Best known for the title track to their 2015 debut Astralwerks album, “Feeling Electric,” which was featured in EA Sports’ FIFA 16 game, Los Angeles-based alt-electro band Parade of Lights have toured extensively throughout the US as a headliner and supporting act for artists such as Imagine Dragons, X Ambassadors, Awolnation, and Fitz & The Tantrums. Their song “Golden” from the album has been featured in TV promotional spots for the Super Bowl, Olympics, Oscars, and Grammys along with numerous TV shows and commercials.
Formed in 2010 by singer/guitarist Ryan Daly and drummer Anthony Improgo, PoL added keyboardist Michelle Ashley in 2013 and signed with Astralwerks later that year after their independent single “We’re the Kids” garnered top 10 spins at SiriusXM’s Alt Nation.
In 2017, PoL released the singles “Touch” and “Victorious” and dropped another new song, “Tidal Waves”, in January 2018. Their most recent EP, “Human Condition Part 1” (released May 14, 2018), is their fourth multi-song release following “Feeling Electric,” 2014’s “Golden” EP and their debut 2012 independent EP “Born to Live, Born to Love.”
“Human Condition Part 1” contains the song “Inside My Head,” which is featured in season 2 of the acclaimed Netflix series "13 Reasons Why." The band’s song “Tangled Up” is also featured in the show and on the season 2 soundtrack.
