Pavel Dovgal is a electronic music producer and sound engineer based in Los Angeles, and the founder of the independent label Monoclockmusic. He began his musical journey in 2008 in Ukraine, creating early tracks and mixes that led to his debut studio release Cassiopeia in 2010 on the Berlin-based label Project Mooncircle.
Over the years, Pavel has collaborated with international artists such as Robot Koch, Mujuice, Ta-Ku, and BLU. His music draws inspiration from hip-hop, 70s jazz, indie pop, ethnic African sounds, and electronic experimentation—shaped by extensive travels through Asia.
His latest album ARROW continues the lineage of concept-driven records including Cassiopeia, Bedouin, and The Aura, blending cinematic sound design with emotional intensity and immersive storytelling.
