Oozing with a cool and collected dominar, the world of Paxe, an up-and -coming artist hailing from the vibrant city of London, rains experimental sounds and lyrics from a seasoned Gen-Z perspective. With an amalgamated heritage of Sierra Leone, South Africa & Zimbabwe, Paxe grew up with a deep passion for music across the world and began exploring his creativity through songwriting at a young age. As a teenager, Paxe honed his skills as a singer & rapper, experimenting with different styles and genres of music. He drew inspiration from a diverse range of musical influences, including his father's orchestrated palette for Jazz and Reggae. Music loomed hard in his household, influencing both himself and older sibling, award-winning musician - Ms. Maurice. Paxe began recording music and quickly gained a following on social media for his raw, authentic sound and earworm lyrics. His 2019 single, "Naija Pt.II", solidified his name in the UK as a "one to watch" and received international acclaim. Amongst fans of the artist is Hip-Hop giant DJ Semtex, who gave paxe his first radio play. Drawing inspiration from artists such as Kanye West, Nate Dogg, J Hus, Youngs Teflon, and The Isley Brothers (to name a few), Paxe has an experimental attitude when it comes to his sound - never fitting into one genre, but always attempting to push experimentation. Having started his journey at 15, there is no doubt that he will continue to make a lasting impact on the music world for years to come.
