Pedro Rosa is a Brazilian composer, guitarist and singer, with a rather rare self-taught musical training. He makes music to surprise, touch, bring a message of hope, conscience and tenderness. When it comes to composing or interpreting a song, he usually navigates through his favorite fields which tend to reside in the folklore of Brazil or in the middle of jazz and classical music.
In 2007 he studied sound engineering in Madrid and, since then, he has been mixing his life as a musician with music production. Originally from São Paulo, Pedro believes that when we are authentic in composition and in the expression of that authenticity, we create a very interesting bridge that is quite revealing and healing for both the audience and the artist.
In 2023, he releases his first album, Midnight Alvorada, result of 6 years of work combining rhythms like Samba, Baião, Ijexa, Bossa, Waltz. His album also features the participation of great artists, such as Jurandir Santana, Mônica Salmaso, Vanessa Moreno, Ivan sacerdote, Zé Luis Nascimento, only to name a few.
