Poh Hock is born and raised in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
He moved to Boston in 2011 to further his studies at Berklee College of Music in Guitar Performance.
In 2014, he got involved with Native Construct as a touring guitarist after the release of Quiet World, and eventually became a member of the band after several tours. He won the Strandberg guitar competition in 2015 and is currently a Strandberg Guitar artist. In 2017, he joined Season Of Mist artist, Replacire, as a lead guitarist and is currently working with them on their 3rd album.
