Kevin-Prince Boateng was born in West Berlin. He already played for Hertha BSC at the age of seven years. He remained faithful to this club for a long time. In 2004, the footballer of Ghanaian descent won the DFB Junior Club Cup. Kevin-Prince Boateng had his debut in the "Bundesliga" one year later in 2005 and scored his first "Bundesliga" goal on February 4th 2006 against "Eintracht Frankfurt".
In September 2006, Kevin-Prince shot his first goal in the UEFA Cup. Afterwards he played serveral times in the "U23" team of Hertha BSC with his brother Jérôme Boateng.
It has always been a dream for Kevin-Prince Boateng to make music. He grew up with music and besides his career as a professional footballer, his passion was rap and singing. Music is in his blood and his love for rap is no longer just a hobby, but with his debut single "King", which was released on 10th August 2018 under the artist name of "Prin$$ Boateng", it has become reality.
