Rising artist and singer-songwriter Rashawn “RA-SHWN” Colton has been intrigued by music and entertainment for as long as he can remember. Born and raised in Niagara Falls, NY, RA-SHWN was influenced by music videos—from the likes of Michael Jackson, Usher, Missy Elliott and Diddy—at a young age. By high school, RA-SHWN started to hone his skills and artistry, writing songs and directing, shooting, and editing music videos. Since graduating college, RA-SHWN has created engaging, compelling, and high-quality video content for brands and digital media networks such as Complex, MTV, MTV2, Cosmopolitan and O, The Oprah Magazine.
