Hi, I'm Rasti. I make songs about my experiences and emotions. I started when I was 16. I am now 24.
I care a lot about the quality of my music. It is the best I can make.
Making music is the only thing I've consistently, deeply loved throughout the last decade of my life.
I always hope that someone will find my music relatable, specifically someone like me who is generally distressed or sad. When you read this bio, you don't get the feel for me as a person. It's just text. You probably don't really feel much while you're reading this. Definitely not anything I'm feeling right now while I'm writing it. So to me, it's obvious that words don't express very much on their own.
Music is amazing because it helps bridge that gap (at least a little). I hope when you listen to my music, you feel me. I hope you really get a feel of the fact that I am here like you and think and feel things like you do. I mean, I assume that anyway if you enjoy what I make. Parts of us are probably the same.
That's all I feel like writing. I don't like trying to write a description of myself and put it here. Truly, I'm only writing this because I got rejected by a playlist-er for not having more of a bio than "Thank you for listening to me".
Anyway, I am a unique person, and I try to make the best music I can. If you like that, I'm really glad you do.
