Roseau is the performing alias of Kerry Leatham, a singer, songwriter, producer, and occasional rapper. She combines played and programmed elements for intricately layered yet restrained indie electronic material that contains shadowy elements of contemporary R&B. Leatham takes her name from the capital city of Dominica, where she has family roots, and is based in East London, England. After she recorded indie pop for the <a href="spotify:search:label%3A%22Tape+Club%22">Tape Club</a> label under her birth name, she signed to <a href="spotify:search:label%3A%22Big+Dada%22">Big Dada</a> as her new outlet, where she released the debut Roseau album, Salt, in 2015.
