Acclaimed composer and artist Sarah Fimm lives within the art-rich community of Woodstock, NY, where she has recorded 20 independent studio records with the help of noted producer David Baron.
She has toured or recorded with Peter Murphy (Bauhaus), Josh Freese (A Perfect Circle, Danny Elfman), Tony Levin (Peter Gabriel), Iggy Pop, Delerium, FAMES Macedonian Orchestra, Earl Slick (David Bowie), Craig Ross (Lenny Kravitz), Jerry Marotta (Peter Gabriel), John Andrews (the B52s) Leigh Nash (Delerium), Erik Lawrence (Levon Helm), Danny Blume (Medeski Martin Wood), Paul Bushnell (Alanis Morisette), Sara Lee (Ani DiFranco), and Sterling Campbell (the B52’s), among others.
Sarah has performed throughout Europe and the U.S., often citing her love of historic venues, such as Scala in London, The Fillmore, or the Great American Music Hall.
Billboard Magazine called one of her albums “one of the most enchanting discoveries of the year,” and Rolling Stone named another as one of the top 10 albums of the year. Her music appears in several major motion pictures.
