Based out of Abilene, Texas, Shane Terrell and the Stumblers was formed in 2017. Bringing songs that hit home to the blue collar American. Combining lyrics with a raw, real, and authentic alternative country rock sound. Inspired by a vast array of influences covering everything from The Jayhawks, The Black Crowes, The Black keys, The Rolling Stones, Lucero, Wilco, Kasey Anderson & the Honkeys & the Grateful Dead, to punk and heavy rock outfits like Alkaline Trio, Dead to Me, Flatliners, The Lawrence Arms, Handsome, and Geese. Their 2nd full length record, “Well worn Jukebox” was self produced by the band. With the track “Thanksgiving song” being produced by legendary guitar player-singer-songwriter, and producer, Marc Ford (The Black Crowes, Magpie Salute, Burning Tree). Their latest Lp “Sad smiles, miserable miles” was also self produced and recorded at their home base studio, White Barn Recording in Potosi, Texas.
