Shao Hao is a singer-songwriter based in London, UK.
He was a resident artist at the world-class music venue Roundhouse in Camden from 2014-2016. He supported and performed with prominent British artists like Imogen Heap, Jamie Callum, Edwyn Collins, Heaven 17 and others.
In 2016 one of the songs from Shao Hao’s first EP won an International Chinese songwriting competition and he consequently signed publishing with the Taiwanese major label H.I.M International Music. He has written music for Asian super stars and artists such as Stephanie Sun, Power Station, Angela Zhang, Ozone, Where Chou, Janice Yan, Karencici and more.
Shao Hao has written soundtracks for many Netflix and Taiwanese TV series and films. In 2024 two of his series has been nominated and won several awards for the Taiwan Golden Bell Awards, including nomination for Best Original Song for TV Drama.
