SID MSC was born and raised in Guadalajara Jalisco, Mexico. He has always been drawn to music thanks to his father who plays bass and guitar and sings in a punk band. Sid took up drumming at an early age, but quickly found an act for poetry and specifically rap. Eager to record his first track he decided to sell his drum set in order to buy some basic recording equipment. He debuted his first track at 16 years old. He was rapidly recognized for his fire lyrics and eclectic ability to rhyme. But things weren’t always full of joy for the young rap artist, he also became a victim of the streets growing up in a dangerous neck of the woods led him through the wrong crowd, drugs and violence. You can often hear the animosity in his lyrics due to his upbringing. The young rap artist has been sadly in and out of rehab since he was 17. Now at just 25 years old he’s been sober for over a year and looking forward to his new life with an optimistic perspective. Come with us on this unique journey.
