Sifoor, whose real name is Essombe Lionel, is an Afro rapper from Douala, Cameroon. His music embodies a cultural blend between Cameroon, Kenya, and France, infused with inspirations from Makossa, Afrobeats, and Rap to create a unique and recognizable sound.
In 2017, Sifoor marked a turning point in his career by establishing the label O'Bosso Sounds & Co, officially introducing himself to the music industry. He truly solidified his artistic identity with the release of “O’Bosso Vol. 2” in 2021, an album that has accumulated more than 6.5 million streams.
